I started Sakan Properties because most buyers leave thousands of dollars on the table at closing without ever knowing it. Whether you’re buying new construction or a pre-owned home, the seller or builder already budgets for buyer agent commission — typically 2–3% of the purchase price. Buy without an agent and that money stays with the other side. Buy with Sakan and we credit most of it back to you at closing.
In a high-rate environment where every dollar matters, that rebate can be used to buy down your interest rate, cover closing costs, or simply stay in your pocket. We built Sakan to make that option available to every Triangle buyer — not just those who know to ask for it.
